The 40" x 48" Rackable Plastic Pallet optimizes storage and reduces product damage that wood pallets or skids can cause. The standard 40" x 48" footprint makes the rackable pallet ideal for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The high-pressure, injection-molded design can withstand the demands of any application, from general distribution and storage to blast freezers. The pallet's flow-through design and ventilation deck make it easy to clean and disinfect. It is engineered to be stronger but lighter, outlasting similar pallets and saving you money on shipping and outlast similar pallets. The 40" x 48" Rackable Plastic Pallet's 4-way forklift access facilitates easy movement of product loads throughout a system. The 40" x 48" Rackable Plastic Pallet is designed to store products in various unsupported racking systems to optimize valuable floor space in today’s warehouses and distribution systems. The pallet is 100% recyclable and is an economical, environmental, and efficient alternative to wood pallets or skids.

Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and destination of the order, as well as any additional service charges required for delivery. Shipping charges may be estimated prior to checkout. This is denoted by the “Estimate Shipping” button on the “My Cart” page. Shipping costs will also be displayed before payment during the checkout process.

Transit times: Bulk Container Express has partnered with industry-leading freight providers to ensure fast and accurate delivery. Our main distribution warehouse, centrally located in Cincinnati, OH, has standard transit times that range between 2-5 business days.

Lift-gate services: A lift-gate is a motorized platform mounted on the back of the truck that lowers your order to the ground. The truck driver will place your order on the ground, and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, you will need a lift gate and must select this option at checkout.

Limited access locations: Certain locations including but not limited to: storage units, churches, synagogues, temples, schools, commercial establishments not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours, construction sites, fairs or carnivals, prisons, military base/installations, mine sites, rural route or out-of-town highway access locations, private residences, apartment complexes and dormitories, and businesses located at a private residence, farm or ranch that are not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours, may be considered “Limited Access”. If your delivery destination is considered a limited-access area, additional coordination between the recipient and the freight company is required. There is a small additional fee for this service, and it must be selected from the shipping options provided during checkout.

Bulk Container Express warrants that new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. If a defect is found during this period, Bulk Container Express will repair or replace the product.
