Uni-Pak UP404845-1 pallet pack container can handle some of the most rigid material handling tasks in a wide variety of applications. Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio allows this reusable container to hold thousands of pounds stacked on top of it. And its lightweight allows for easy handling and excellent worker safety. The pallet bottom and top are made from durable twin sheet high-density polyethylene, and the sleeve is made from heavy-duty triple-wall corrugated cardboard. These 1,800 lb capacity containers are built to provide years of service. The 40" x 48" footprint, 45" height containers are stackable, easy to assemble and knock down, are 100% recyclable, and save on storage and transportation costs. They have a pallet jack and 4-way forklift access for secure and efficient handling. When not in use, the 6.66:1 nesting ratio provides money-saving space utilization. Drop door on one 48" side. Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and destination of the order, as well as any additional service charges required for delivery. Shipping charges may be estimated prior to checkout. This is denoted by the “Estimate Shipping” button on the “My Cart” page. Shipping costs will also be displayed before payment during the checkout process.

Transit times: Bulk Container Express has partnered with industry-leading freight providers to ensure fast and accurate delivery. Our main distribution warehouse, centrally located in Cincinnati, OH, has standard transit times that range between 2-5 business days.

Lift-gate services: A lift-gate is a motorized platform mounted on the back of the truck that lowers your order to the ground. The truck driver will place your order on the ground, and you are responsible for bringing it inside. If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift, you will need a lift gate and must select this option at checkout.

Limited access locations: Certain locations including but not limited to: storage units, churches, synagogues, temples, schools, commercial establishments not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours, construction sites, fairs or carnivals, prisons, military base/installations, mine sites, rural route or out-of-town highway access locations, private residences, apartment complexes and dormitories, and businesses located at a private residence, farm or ranch that are not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours, may be considered “Limited Access”. If your delivery destination is considered a limited-access area, additional coordination between the recipient and the freight company is required. There is a small additional fee for this service, and it must be selected from the shipping options provided during checkout.

Bulk Container Express warrants that new products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment. If a defect is found during this period, Bulk Container Express will repair or replace the product.
